Water is one of the world’s most valuable resources, and the City of Paramount is making it easier than ever for its water customers to stay in control of their usage. The City has partnered with Aquahawk, a free online monitoring service that helps Paramount customers track consumption, catch leaks early, and avoid unexpected high water bills.
With Aquahawk, customers can monitor water usage from any device and see how that usage translates into dollars on their monthly bills. The new service also allows customers to set personalized alerts by text, email or phone, helping them stay informed when their water usage is trending higher than usual. Aquahawk can also help identify leaks before they become costly problems, ultimately preventing water waste and property damage.
By providing this tool, the City is taking a proactive step to support customers in managing such an important resource. This service reinforces the City’s commitment to being a safe, healthy and attractive community by empowering customers to monitor their usage, prevent waste, and protect their homes.
Signing up is simple, and once registered, the benefits start immediately. To register, visit ParaCa.Aquahawk.us/Register. For questions, contact the City’s Water Division (562) 220-2018 or email cssupport@paramountcity.gov.
